Riddles have been a game we love to play, especially when we think we can find the answer. In order to solve the puzzle, we must open our eyes and ignite our creativity to find exactly what we are looking for. In this same way, the concept and menu for ABAC was born.
The menu creates a window into the creative minds of the lead chefs at ABAC. With a standard and “extended version” of the menu, you can dare to order options as creative or as safe as you like. Begin your night by ordering a round of appetizers.
There are five selections to choose from, each one brining a distinguished flavor to your palate. Take a bite of squid tartar, spiced with citrus and crowned with small pearls of crispy tempura. If tempura isn’t for you, try your squid in a roman cream sauce, over a bed of risotto or rice pudding. Next, move on to a Bouillabaisse of shrimp, infused with saffron and orange or perhaps the roasted lobster in a coral emulsion a top rice enriched with tuna stock and beets.
As if your mouth isn’t watering already, there are several deserts at ABAC that will complete your culinary experience. With choices of cannolis, tiramisu, white chocolate and truffles, it doesn’t matter how you choose to treat your taste buds, they’re going to be happy.
