The simple combination of two slices of bread and various ingredients in between has been one of the most treasured lunch choices in history. The first memory you have of a sandwich is probably something your mother created and sent you to school with. However, the days of sad school lunches are over.

The chefs at Argot think it is time to start respecting the sandwich again and the recipe is simple. By combining good bread and the best ingredients, the perfect sandwich is born. About a year ago, partners Raúl and Pablo converted an old parlor into ‘their Argot”.

The kitchen stays busy. In addition to savory sandwiches, the culinary minds at Argot create dishes such as ox tail in red wine and dark chocolate. With 14 different sandwich combinations, it is impossible to go wrong here.
