AviBurger, Burgers from Caracas in Madrid

With Venezuelan origins, Aviburger is a restaurant that offers quality burgers with curious combinations that will delight all those who like daring flavours.

Aviburger began 10 years ago, when Carolina, Jorge and Daniel opened a small local in Caracas where they served burgers. A decade later, the owners have opened several locations in Caracas, in other Latin American countries and have come to Madrid to offer burgers with mixes that are hard to find in the city.

In this burger joint, it’s clear they wanted to offer quality ingredients, so the meat from their burgers comes from Galicia and Avila. In addition, to get the best taste, they buy whole pieces of meat, and then chop them in their kitchen and make the burgers one by one.

In the menu, you will find up to 15 different burger options. Their names will call as much attention as their combinations, wince they have names related to the mountain of Avila, a mountain on the outside of the city of Caracas. At Aviburger you can order burgers like la Banquet (with white cheese, plantain and pico de gallo), the Devil’s dishes (with an onion ring wrapped in bacon stuffed with cheese and jalapeños) or the Paradise (with German sauce, avocado and bacon).

But you will also find closer names like the Pyrenees (with truffled mushrooms, goat cheese and arugula) or the Picos de Europa (with cabrales cheese, blueberries, bacon and arugula). These burgers have been made specifically for Madrid.

The hamburger buns are also taken care of, and for that reason they have bet on a bread of sourdough coming from Panadarío. In addition, you can order hamburger chips, sweet potato fries, or truffled potatoes as a side.

To open your appetite, there is nothing like coming to share and wink at the owner of the local: cheese arepitas or tequeños are some of the options you will find. To finish your meal, you can order one of their milkshakes.

All this in a place decorated in black and white shades, inspired by the interior patios. With elements as striking as a tree at the entrance, numerous pots or bricks painted white, Aviburger is a burger joint where you can enjoy gourmet burgers with different flavours.
