Bendita Helena began as a catering company covering events, weddings, restaurants, and cafes. Just recently, it acquired a space in the city, at 264 Galileu Street. Open from Tuesday to Sunday, they offer cuisines rich in nutrients with the perfect combination of fruits, vegetables, and vegetable proteins. They prepare organic food, preserving the flavors of each ingredient.
The menu includes a variety of delicious options along with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. The daily menu includes toasts, salads, eggs and sandwiches. They have several beverage options such as: green tea, smoothies, and organic coffees. Additionally, there are gluten free sweets and pies.
Ana and Valerie have transformed this space into a place that warms the body and soul, while promoting the importance of a healthy, balanced life through delicious cuisine.
