According to scientific studies, being Bipolar is associated with a higher level of creativity and intelligence. Edgar Allan Poe, Michelangelo and Van Gogh are some of the geniuses who were diagnosed with this mental disorder. In Bipolar’s kitchen, creativity is not lacking. Chef Jeremy Levy has created a restaurant with dishes full of art, that will be engraved in your mind, both for its presentation and its taste.
Bipolar is a house of meals from Madrid, but as Jeremy says, it is a house of meals 2.0, since in this restaurant you will find renderings of classic dishes that have made a comeback. The philosophy of Bipolar is to modernize a house of meals, from a lifetime ago.
Bipolar is the first project of Jeremy Levy, a chef who, after years of experience in other restaurants, has decided to start his own project. Your menu varies according to the season. A small menu in which you find 17 dishes and 3 desserts. An easy and comfortable menu to choose from. With dishes designed to share, as is customary in family meals.
In Bipolar you can taste dishes such as Norwegian cod 4 × 4, a dish made only of cod but in four textures: confit, brandade, fried and with some chips made with the skin of this fish. The fake cabbage ravioli, a dish suitable for vegetarians and lactose and gluten intolerant; This is a colorful dish and in which the ravioli, stuffed with mushrooms and cabbage are creamy and crispy cabbage, are almost addictive. The steamed Siu Mai is another dish that you will find on the menu and that its preparation requires time, since they are of Iberian cheek confit for 7 hours.
With a design in pastel tones, Bipolar is a restaurant that has been decorated with the comfort of the diner in mind. A cozy space in which to feel welcomed. The place is divided into two areas, the informal, with high tables and ideal to sit down to take a vermouth or tapas and the room, where you can relax to enjoy each of the dishes on the menu.
Bipolar is a restaurant where the raw material has become the protagonist. A restaurant where you work with all the care, love and squeezing the product to the maximum to offer lifelong dishes but original, where you will not leave indifferent.
