There are some combinations that are better not to mess with, because we don’t always want something new or different and we prefer to go for something more classic and recognizable. Two of these combinations are the pillars of Brew Wild Pizza Bar: Quality Pizzas and Beers with an energetic and cheerful staff and high-level products, and we want to explain it to you.
The person at the helm of Brew Wild Pizza Bar is Carlos Alvarez de Cea, although he’s better known in the world of brewers as @beer_xposer, one of the most important Instagram brewers out there. Carlos comes from working in advertising and knows that there are two very important things that cause a good impression and image. That’s why he greets us at Brew Wild Pizza Bar with a smile and wanting to share with us everything he knows about the brewing world.
Talking to him, we realize that beers offer a wide possibility when it comes to pairing it with what we have to eat, and that beer has less restrictions than wine. This is why we try a smoked beer or another with a light cherry flavor and think about how we can combine them with the different pizzas, such as the Porchetta, with tomato, mozzarella, and porchetta, or the already famous Brew Wild Pesto, with tomato, mozzarella, pacita, provolone and pesto.
And all of this could not be found in a better place than the neighborhood of Huertas, in a place that has a ground floor of the most cozy and welcoming place that is good for passing time with conversations, a variety of beers and pizzas among friends!
