After years searching for the perfect outlet to give visibility to his creations, Miquel Coulibaly has found it in a small shop in the neighborhood of Poble Nou. Lots of experience in the world of gastronomy has allowed him to acquire knowledge in different areas and specialize in different recipes and products. They all share a place now in the Industrial Cafeteria, an original and authentic space that comes directly from Miquel’s imagination.
The passions of this chef have become manifest in a bar that little by little has won the hearts of the residents of Calle Pallars, where even the most classic have succumbed to the original creations of Miquel. In the afternoon, we can savor delicious onigiris prepared in picturesque bento boxes. The perfect accompaniment is its miso soup. The combinations of onigiris vary weekly so that we can always find a different option. On this occasion we were able to enjoy veal, homemade egg tofu and tuna, with mayonnaise and potato.
It is difficult to resist the pastries prepared here. If you enjoy different flavors, the atzuki cake will be your favorite; a delicious peanut elastic bizcochito that will delight lovers of sweets everywhere. A bit more classic but equally delicious, we found the apple sponge cake bathed in chocolate ganache. It doesn’t end here, because you can also find coffees of Brazilian origin and Venezuelan cocoas, delicacies for breakfast that could revive anyone.
Although the Industrial Cafeteria options are very diverse, they all maintain consistency. At both breakfast and lunch, you will always find original options at very affordable prices.
