Casa Antonio was born in 1964 when Antonio and Inés decided it was time to try their luck at owning their own business. Now 50 years old, the restaurant is a trademark of the neighbourhood and part of what makes it great. It’s a bar with reasonable prices, a simple atmosphere and an authentic touch.
Inés is in charge of the kitchen, where she humbly hides, making the best ham croquettes you’ve ever had and the loin, tomato and cheese sandwich that is popular among the artists who stop here before playing at Siroco.
At lunchtime, regulars come to enjoy a salad that leaves them speechless or the always changing, always amazing daily special. In the afternoon retirees come to play cards and at night party people come for a drink with friends. Upon nightfall, Raúl transforms the space into a mini cocktail bar, with his own creations customized for each client.
