Roach environment and good food accompanied by good music and drinks. Decadente is a perfect cocktail restaurant to start the evening, while enjoying a menu of Spanish cuisine with international touches that pairs perfectly with classic cocktails.
The place is divided into several zones. On the one hand, the restaurant area , with more lighting and separated from the rest of the premises; The bar area and high tables where the atmosphere is more informal is perfect to enjoy their cocktails; And in the lower part of the room is the Zoo Room, an ideal room to listen to music and drink some of the many drinks available. Candles on the palm of a hand or a piano are some of the elements that will draw your attention when you enter the rogue world of Decadente.
In your menu you will find dishes of international cuisine but with authentic hints . Alejandro Ballesteros, Decadente’s chef, has created dishes such as grilled pork ear with garlic prawns, lobster lasagna with leek and champagne béchamel or poké bowl . In addition, you can pair each of the dishes with the drinks they make at the bar.
Óscar Molina is at the forefront of the cocktail bar, his cocktail bar is classic but with funny winks and surprising elaborations. Cocktails such as Gimley, a cocktail versioned from the gimlet, which is made with gin infused in kaffir lime or Affinity, a cocktail of whiskey, cherries, vermouth and orange.
The combination of their cocktails with the dishes is perfect, since Óscar and Alejandro work hand in hand thinking how to combine both cards. In Decadente you can enjoy options like an orange duck skewer with naughty cocktail , a cocktail made with bourbon infused in African cacao bean, infused vermouth in chai tea and amaro infused in strawberries. A cocktail that is finally finished with salted caramel foam, bringing that sweet touch to the cocktail and making it unique.
With a New York atmosphere and conceived as a place to have fun, Decadente is a perfect place to meet friends, have a fun meal and end with some cocktails
