- 5 Eggs
- 1 Avocado
- 1 spoonfull of mustard
- 1 pomegranate
- Strips of Salmón Royal
- Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes (depending on how you like your egg yolk)
- Separate the yolks and crush them with the help of a fork. Mix the yolk with avocado, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix everything together well until it is all homogenous
- Refill the eggs with the previous mixture.
- Put the chopped salmon over the filling.
- Decorate with pomegranate .
- If you wish, it can be accompanied with radishes or pickles
