Located in the Gracia district, Kibuka is a restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine.
The menu at Kibuka is filled with the presence and influence of other countries. One of the specials, The Mexican Uramaki, boasts avocado and chipotle salsa, stuffed with salmon ceviche, jalapeños, onion and cream cheese. The hot Philadelphia roll is battered and fried, then stuffed with salmon, avocado and onion with Ponzu salsa.
There is also a special roll for meat lovers at Kibuka. The Yakiniku roll, filled with veal fillet, green asparagus and onion sauce-coated in miso is a temptation few can say no to.
At Kibuka you absolutely must leave room for dessert. We particularly love the incredible Strawberry mochi. Pair this with sweet green tea Takashi Ochiai or brigadeiros, a tradition of Brazil, and your sweet tooth will be in heaven.
No matter what you decide to order, the mission at Kibuka is the same: to offer quality Japanese cooking with a western influence for everyone to enjoy.
