There are a thousand ways to eat but when talking about food the top two should be: eating with your eyes and eating with mouth. We all like beautiful things, places that are well cared for and completely spotless and that feeling of going out to lunch or dinner and coming home refreshed, and full of new experiences. The mantra of La Fabrica is simple: “we offer products for the good life.” They offer us a room with a thousand possibilities and choices, such as the seasoning, to your personal tastes. So what began as a publisher, gives us the ability to read, take a look at their exhibits or take a stroll through the shop. All while accompanying it all with a fine wine or a good meal. “What we lacked was a meeting point,” explains María Peláez, head of the communications department of La Fabrica. La Fabrica, which was the founder of the festival events like NOTODOFILMFEST or PHOTOESPAÑA, needed a place to keep an active cultural life, or rather, the good life which culminated in the creation of the restaurant. While everyone seems to insist on doing super complicated and elaborate things in the kitchen, they opt for the Mediterranean diet, which, as of late, seems to be less and less personal, and more worldwide. And if cuisine is anything like photography, then the most popular is not always best.
