We keep beating eggs. Here are another five places where you can enjoy classic Iberian cuisine, skewer or tapas with a good piece of potato omelet.
A gastronomic temple that is beginning its third year on the corner of Antúnez street; Gracia gives a name to this small home of Catalan cuisine. Antúnez uses seasonal and local products in a selection of dishes made to share that are constantly changing. And Jaume Vinyals, chef and commander of the wooden spoon, is in charge of creating a menu that inspires passion for a kitchen that is committed to the know-how.
If you love the tortillas that release juice when you cut them and wet the bread; this is the place for you. Here they make an omelet that will make you moan through mouthfuls of food. So take a place, in the long bar or at one of the tables, and prepare the cutlery to immerse yourself in an authentic gastronomic orgasm in Antúnez. Potato and onion, or cod; it’s up to you.

La Vermu’s three years of life seem eternal, and its casual and characteristic style it has now turned into LA VERMUTERÍA in the neighborhood of Gracia. Acclaimed by all, La Vermu has always been offering tapas and quality dishes, and is the favorite place to have a vermouth among friends.
For many, it is a favorite place to start the night. With a vermouth, a beer, and something to nibble on, you’ll be trapped in this small bar in the heart of Grácia without realizing it.
If you do not know, take care because here they make a potato omelette very different from our holy mother’s. You will cry as soon as your fork is dug into the tortilla, and once it crosses the mouth it will make you scream of taste. Uff …!

Koska Taverna is a pintxo bar that has been in the busy Blai Street for several years. This taverna is run by two friends Argentine Eduardo Marchesi and the Basque Ekaitz Sáenz, who already have more than 15 years of training and experience in the world of restoration.
Here you will find a selection of the best Basque pintxos based on products from all over. A temple to Basque cuisine with snacks from each region.
Koska’s flag is his tortilla pintxo. A well-drawn pour of beer, a tortilla pintxo, a chat between colleagues and that’s it! A juicy and undercooked tortilla that has us in love. You will come into the bar and you will not want to leave. Ask for the favorite food of the tavern; a potato omelet and chorizo. Uff … gastronomic orgasm!

There is no more emblematic and iconic place in Barcelona than Flash Flash tortilla. In 1969 Alfonso Milá (architect) and Leopoldo Pomés (photographer), friends and lovers of gastronomy, decided to open what we know today as one of the best tortillerías in Barcelona.
The variety of tortillas is almost unlimited, with more than 50 tortillas, it is difficult to choose a favorite. It depends on the day of the week, our mood or drunkenness – we could choose one of many.
We have our bakery omelet day, or our artichoke omelette afternoon; the typical Sunday with the Capuchina; but yes, the traditional potato omelet is also here! And Flash Flash has tortillas for all tastes; so if you’re an egg fan this is your place.

High tables, a wide bar, a range of Basque pintxos and photos of San Sebastian papering the walls. This is what you find when crossing the threshold of Taktika Berri; a direct passage to the heart of the Basque Country. At the end is a dining room crowded with white tablecloth, cloth napkins and bread baskets.
Among all its variety, that you do not miss the original pintxo de tortilla. Many people travel the city here in search of their majestic potato omelette. Like the ones our mother makes.
