Libertine is a marvelous restaurant in the lobby of the Casa Bonay hotel. As the name indicates, both locals and guests feel as though they are sitting in the comfort of their home when dining at Libertine.
Libertine began as an idea devised by recognized Chef Estanis Carenz. With eight classic takes on comfort food from around the world, in addition to tapas, your options are endless. We recommend beginning with one of three distinct tapas. The edamame Nikkei, pumpkin marinade or patatas bravas. It’s also important to talk about their cocktail bar. The natural wine selection, various teas and whisky have been imported and collected from all over the world. With 20 unique cocktails, 25 distilleries for tasting and 40 single malts, it is definitely one of the most extensive menus in Jerez.
Every time you visit Libertine, you will see reflections from around the world, even though you feel right at home.
