Flor has spent 24 years dedicating herself to her small restaurant, filling it with Argentinean personality and character, and you can see that she enjoys it in her treatment and care for her customers.
Lost along one of the small streets of Raval, this local spot hooks you with its warm and welcoming atmosphere. Behind a wooden door draped with white curtains is the dining room of a great lover of Raval, Barcelona, and above all, good food. Here you’ll find Mediterranean cuisine made with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Flor’s care for her guests is revealed as she recommends food and wine pairings to us herself. Inside the kitchen, Nicolas and Giovanni are responsible for bringing presentation, texture and flavour to Flor’s ideas.
The best option? Have a seat and ask for recommendations from the Argentinean full of passion and vitality. For the impatient, here are some hints: Italian buffalo cheese stracciatella is the house specialty, the beef tartar or elephant ear is the best choice for meat lovers, and for those who prefer the sea, the mussels are truly addictive.
