Traditions and oriental cuisine arrive in Barcelona. Lucky Road y Hangaba, two concepts united into one space.

On the one hand, the Hangar menu is centered around Japanese hamburgers. With this original hamburger concept, they are referring to a place whose ingredients are of Asian origin and whose principal objective is the search for something truly delicious, of Umami. Umami is “the fifth flavor” that was recently added to the list of basics, an original flavor that was originally from the Asian continent that references deliciousness and the natural intensity and intrinsic flavor of the ingredients. An example is a hamburger with miso mustard sauce, made to obtain a peculiar taste from a fermented sauce.

On the other hand, Lucky Road is based on Street food of various regions of the Asian continent like Japan, Korea, China, and Vietnam.

The restaurant space and illumination immediately wrap you in an urban yet artisanal atmosphere. An atmosphere where we can vividly observe on the wall a traditionally dressed woman on a skateboard. An atmosphere whose concept coincides with the flavors, in unison.

A fusion that we find in each one of the plates.

Allowing us to meet this type of food with origins of street food.

All with an open kitchen.

Lucky Road
