This well known restaurant specializing in Asian tapas develops into an addiction for everyone who tries it. Their famous dumplings – filled with pork, beef, vegetables, shrimp or tofu -, their delicious soups – wonton, pho bo, or with egg noodles they make themselves -, and the cold smoked duck are just a few of their treasures.
Found along Carders street, you’ll see people waiting in the entrance because they don’t take reservations for more than 6 people. We recommend you go early and/or in a group; it’s more fun and you can try more things.
The owner Gilles Brown – or Jazz, as everyone calls him – is a great admirer of Asia and wanted to bring the flavours of Vietnam, China and Korea to Barcelona. Thanks to their great success he was able to open RedAnt and is now working on Grasshopper, their new restaurant specializing in Ramen. They’re also a champion of craft beer – in all their locations you can have an international or Catalan craft beer.
And as they say: “not everything is dumplings” – as delicious as they are, maybe the best in Barcelona – you can also try pork ribs, thai fish fritters, smoked pancetta, Szechuan beef and their steamed mushrooms and vegetables, all delicious and at an unbeatable price.
