With American boutique style decor, Petit Pastis opened its doors only seven months ago, capturing the looks of all the passers-by from around the Sagrada Familia.
Although they specialize in American pastry, in Petit pastis we will find sweets for all tastes; four different varieties of rolls, brownies, cookies and all types of cakes you can imagine. Lovers of sweets will not be able to avoid falling before the temptation of their Nutella cookie, filled by a center of pure Nutella. If the decision between a cookie or a brownie becomes too difficult, choose the brwukie. The combination of the texture and the flavor of the brownie and the cookie exists and we assure you that it is perfect.
Those who prefer salty to sweet will also find temptation here and it is called ham cachito. This Venezuelan brioche is filled with 70g of York ham and has already become an indispensable at breakfast time among the residents of this bakery.
Among its cakes, the bestseller is without a doubt the Nutella Kinder , and the truth is that it does not surprise us. His cake is consistent but not dry and the ganache, although it is very sweet, does not cloy and this combination makes it almost addictive. Those who prefer less sugar, can opt for the carrotcake, spicy, with whole almonds and a lot of carrot flavor.
Valerie and Albert carry out (upon request) personalized cakes, which allows them to meet the tastes, allergies and needs of each client.
