Summer, a word most dear. A season we all desire and wait for. A time of heat, of plans, of trips, of changes, of friends, of sharing, and of eating — and even more than that, the flavor of enjoying good food. We welcome the summer with a picnic, for which we’ve made an exquisite grape pizza, accompanied by Viña Esmeralda Rosé wine from the Torres winery.
Ingredients:
Pizza dough
mozzarella
Brie cheese
Red or green grapes
Olive oil
Fresh thyme
Preparation:
We’ll start by preparing the pizza dough; stretch it on a baking sheet and par-bake it for 7 minutes at 180° Celsius. Then, cut the mozzarella in slices and the brie cheese in strips, take the dough out of the oven, and cover it with the mozzarella and brie. Slice some grapes in half and take out the seeds. Finish it off with a splash of olive oil. We’ll bake it all for about 7 minutes at 180° C, take it out of the oven, and put some sprigs of fresh thyme on top.
