In the Gracia district, you can find a little taste of Mexico at Pikio Taco. Complete with the smells and colors of authentic Mexican cuisine.
Pikio Taco opened to the public about a year ago as a modest taqueria with a simple menu. Simple, yet sensational, the menu contains only seasonal and local ingredients, as well as the best margarita in the city. While you wait for a table, we encourage you to try one of the many popular Mexican cocktails or Modelo beer.
You won’t be able to say no to the guacamole and nachos, accompanied with jalapeños, pico de gallo, sour crème and queso. There are six tacos to choose from, but if you share, you can try them all. We recommend the D.F., which boasts roast beef with caramelized onions and salsa or the Aguacalientes, a delicious pairing of pork carnitas with creamy avocado and pico de gallo.
They also have several options without meat. The Ensenada is delicious, with breaded fish on top of a bed of lettuce, and guacamole. If you want a completely vegetarian option, the Puebla is for you. A base of napales with canónigos and radishes in chimichurri completes this savory taco.
End your delicious experience with one of the numerous home-made deserts at Pikio Taco- don’t miss out on this authentic Mexican experience!
