THURSDAY 11

A mover el esqueleto

For the 4th annual year, the organization has changed details like eliminating the front stage zone and one of the stages as well as decreasing the capacity- going from 80,000 down to 75,000 entries a day-. Apart from the changes, music lovers can enjoy this festival a day early thanks to the Welcome Party that will have 16 bands and Rosalia are the headliner for the day.

FRIDAY 12

A trip to the less well-known Japan

With such eagerness to conquer stomachs and surprising the customers, chefs of Umo Mariano Barrero y Hugo Muñoz, have kicked off the summer with their new menu that previews the less common Japanese cuisine. A combination that translates into plates like the Fideuá en caldo udón, salted to the wok, chipirón de potera and prawns, Pollo de campo yakitori,  Temaki de langostino en tempura and the nigiri de vaca vieja con cecina de León. To prepare the plates, the chefs have made use of techniques like the robot and the Japanese grill to have that unmistakable touch.
