With nice and fresh plans to combat this wave of heat, we say goodbye to this crazy month of June with a cultural festival for all people, movies in the fresh air and gastronomic experiences for lovers of seafood and meat. In July, we have more!
Thursday 27
Jornadas del Bogavante
It may be that Madrid doesn’t have a beach where we can experience dinner in front of the beach or a cocktail under an umbrella. Nonetheless, the exquisite gastronomic options that Madrid restaurants have to offer makes us forget about the sea breezes and sun beds. This is the case with the restaurants Carbón Negro and their new Jornadas del Bogavante. There is one way of enjoying these sought-after products that the chef, Gonzalo Armas has designed, eating his five perfectly elaborated plates: the lobster salad and pata tierna (32 €) and salpicón de bogavante (lobster) azul (30 €), a fine lobster and crab lasagna (26 €) and to continue, the grilled blue lobster (55 €). The final selection is made with a typical recipe of the Baleares- a base of fried eggs, potatoes and lobster (60 €).
