Thahini lands in Madrid

Seventeen years after the first Tahini in Puerto Portals, the Grupo Cappuccino continues expanding outside of their native Mallorca with the inauguration of their 4th Japanese restaurant: Tahini Sushi Bar. This is a very special landing that unites those inaugurated into the door, local and with a terrace to enjoy all year round and an interior that was designed and decorated by Jaques Grange, one of the most internationally famous interior designers. Above all, Tahini has a Japanese gin base, uzo, ginger syrup, matcha, and Umeshu liquor. The various plates, tartars, tempuras, and sushi are prepared in the local bar in-house. Meanwhile, the kitchen is releasing delicacies like Trigueros with miso, gyozas or salmon in teriyaki sauce. A place to see and be seen, with a view and your pallets, a la Asia Oriental.
