Artisan noodles made daily with organic flour, served in broth made for hours with care and love, combined with pork, pancetta, vegetables or tofu. This is without a doubt a main attraction of RedAnt, but certainly not the only one. Prepare yourself for a trip to Thailand, China, Korea and Japan – RedAnt has no reason to envy its big brother Mosquito.
Long wooden tables to share, craft beer, great prices, an open kitchen, red lighting, a good and happy ambiance … this is what you’ll find upon entering. Every day in their workshop they make the dough for the noodles and buns, taking care that every ingredient is organic.
Pork ribs, sauteed calamari, salmon in rice with coconut milk and Nham Sim sauce, kimchi, mapo doufu (a popular Chinese dish from the Szechuan province – a combination of tofu and beans in spicy chili sauce, covered with spicy meat, usually pork or beef) served with lettuce leaves so you can make ssam, chicken wings in BBQ sauce, pancetta buns and curry among many others are the dishes that are offered to us by Jazz, defender and admirer of the Asian continent.
