A couple of years ago, Mario Céspedes arrived to Spain from Peru during the gastronomic boom. His original idea was to come, learn, and return to Peru to open a restaurant, but that all changed when he met a girl and decided to stay in Avilés.
Ronda 14 is located in the neighborhood of Salamanca where you can find a modern and relaxed place that allows you to enjoy a pint at the bar, or go sit and taste this strange attractive fusion between Japan, Peru, and Austria. Their menu includes wild sea bass, ceviche, and even scallop tartar with chives.
The greatest proposal this place offers is how all of the flavors are harmonized to be able to offer a new version of Japanese, Peruvian and Austrian food.
