A gourmet hamburger spot, right in the heart of the neighborhood of Sants. Address: Calle Vallespir 51. Every day the owner, Alain P. Guiard, winner of the World Championship of Catering 2013, along with his chef Carlos Yañez, blesses us with his beautiful cuisine. We recommend that you include some chicken nuggets, made fresh by them and fried in homemade breadcrumbs and lemon zest, as well as the Santa Beata salad made with burrata, or the homemade fries with chili sauce. If you don´t feel like hamburgers, they have wonderful crab meat, roast beef on special bread, or the butifarra egg-sausage sandwich. A little slice of heaven. Not for the faint of heart, they also have the Re-Santa dry aged beef steak, or our favorite, the Deluxe hamburger. Happy eating!
