At Sergi De Meià the vision is simple. The responsibility of creating a respectful product begins with the raw materials. This is why Sergi De Meià focuses on fresh and clean ingredients, often times buying many ingredients locally.
In his childhood, Sergi spent many summers with his family in Vilanova de Meià. In fact, Sergi draws much of his inspiration in the kitchen from his family. Alongside his mother, Sergi has created numerous breakfast dishes that have garnered a fair amount of fame.
Choices range from marinated sardines to black sausage with tomato bread. Not looking for breakfast? No problem. Segri de Meià has plates inspired by rich Catalan history. Each dish is carefully crafted to incorporate classic flavors with a sometimes-surprising texture. Many dishes also use various herbs and flowers to add a splash of color.
