With the intention of bringing Street food from the streets of Mumbai to Barcelona, Super Naan offers Hindu traditions with a menu that is made for those who have a taste for the West.
Super Naan is inside the Surya restaurant family and is oriented as take away and delivery, a simple and easy way of eating well so you can finish your activities, if that is working or enjoying a city like Barcelona. Super Naan is also open to all gastronomic cultures of which it is the perfect example of cultural fusion food.
This restaurant offers a special perspective on cuisine; an open space where the public can see the typical hindu ovens in action as well as the tandoor which is where the Naan bread is cooked, an element that is worked into each and every plate.
Super Naan’s menu moves away from the stereotyped indian food with a more fresh, global and europeanized twist, but not any less exotic than the original.
It is like this that we find the two bases of the restaurant: Rools de Naan and the Indian Bowls, which can be personalized with your favorite ingredients, adding supplements, vegan and vegetarian options like the Chapati or the Vegan Guru Roll, or choosing the dressing for the Naan like the classic, cheese, chile, garlic or with dry fruit.
A few of the bowl options include the Superstar Curry Bowl with rice, chicken, curry, two pakoras and pico de gallo as well as the Super Green Bowl with a mix of Spinach, paneer, avocado, cilantro, mango chutney, dry fruit and pico de gallo.
If you love spicy food then you cannot miss out on the Too Much Hot Roll with naan chili, roasted lamb and cilantro chutney.
One of Super Naan’s trademarks is the Spice Room, a cocktail bar in which each cocktail is dedicated to a spice to commemorate the fact that india has been the epicenter of spices for a very long time.
For the sweet toothed customers, the Nutella Naan is a must!
