This winery located to the north of the Sants district and famous for its sandwiches, creates its own version of bravas. A legacy winery of more than 50 years that offers all kinds of tapas and good wine.

The menu is a masterpiece and if we have to talk about the bravas, they are a must. With a delicate texture, they have a roasted layer on the outside but are tender on the inside. Perfectly prepared they incorporate a homemade tomato sauce and a homemade aioli with a touch of paprika oil. In addition, it incorporates a soft aioli sauce with one part raw garlic and three parts cooked garlic. All this along with a touch of chili oil to enhance the flavor.
