We passed the one in Roc Boronat, a wide space of wide tables where you can sit down to eat in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Between its different options we choose a cold soup of tomato and beet, always accompanied with a base of rice, very appetizing these hot days. And, secondly, we opted for the millet with sauteed vegetables and vinaigrette of turmeric and honey, really delicious.

This small trendy place in the neighborhood of Barcelona is run by three Venezuelan friends that offer the dish of the moment in the United States, which is being integrated into the gastronomy of Barcelona.
With a modern and carefree style, the three friends offer salads based on fresh fish and gourmet products , or as Poke, a traditional dish of Hawaiian cuisine, are known.
Among all the different varieties we choose to make our custom Poke Bowl with salmon, tuna, edamame, Shitake mushrooms, Japanese chives, sesame seeds and with a white rice base. And all this, marinated with a citric soybean that brings a special acid touch.
Hip Fish joins the Poke Bowl fashion and does it with its own style.
