It was impossible to group all our lunch menus in a single post, so we bring to you our second personal compilation of where to find a good lunch menu in Barcelona. What we promised is debt!
An idea that began a couple summers ago on a gastronomic route throughout the Peninsular coast in search of the best fish; and today it has become a kitchen whose essence is created by the fresh daily produce from Galicia, Delta del Ebro, Balearic Mediterranean or Catalan markets.
In Lluritu you won’t find a lunch menu, but every Sunday you can enjoy a good dish of paella. Whether you are a master rice grower, a passionate culinary, or just want to eat paella; you can spend a Sunday here to taste – or cook – a rich plate of rice for 4€ a serving. Friends, family or customers, all are welcome to cook a Sunday paella, as tradition dictates.
In this time of change, Lluritu is born, with daring and fresh seafood in the Gracia neighborhood.

El Bala, a story in which el Hombre Bala (the bullet man) turns out to be Damian’s alter-ego, one of the creators with Rajnish y Jesus. A special corner, with vibrant colors that immerse you in a fun and cozy atmosphere.
The Flexitarian menu reflects the traveling philosophy of El Bala, and is adaptable to everyone: from vegetarians to carnivores, come alone or with friends.

Just enter The Greenhouse and you forget that you are just a few steps away from the center of the city of Barcelona. You cross the threshold dividing Hotel Pulitzer with the newly opened restaurant, change the scenery and the outside bustle disappears. Without realizing it, you feel like you got on a plane and came to a timeless place with Nordic airs and a warm atmosphere, but at the same time feels familiar.
In charge of the kitchen you will find the recognized Australian chef Damien Bolger. In Greenhouse they prepare a lunch menu Monday through Friday for 18.50 euros.
“Creative cuisine with proximity and seasonal produce” is the precise description of what can be found in The Greenhouse.

La Esquina (named for being on the street corner of Bergara and Balmes) is the new place where you want to be at all times: good coffee, a healthy and rich lunch menu and a delicious evening menu.
Alan Stewart, the young British chef at the helm, proposed a market cuisine but with a very up-to-date revision -pickled, smoked, marinated, etc.– A new concept that he calls “contemporary Grandma”.
We love to visit La Esquina from Monday to Friday and taste its menu with options for meat, fish or vegetables for 16 euros. A first-class lunch menu!

We were recently part of a fairy tale, a story where dreams come true. We went to Macondo, a place where the extraordinary is normal, and the normal is extraordinary. A Caribbean restaurant with Mediterranean air, where magical realism becomes prominent.
A culinary project based on a Latin cuisine with products from here and there in the hands of four friends. It’s not the first time we’ve visited them during the week to enjoy the full lunch menu and devour some of their star ceviches.

A few months ago, La Balmesina arrived in Barcelona, a gourmet pizzeria in the heart of the city. An Italian restaurant that has a young team from Verona and Padua in front of the stove. Here you will find three types of dough where they create up to 19 different pizzas suitable for all tastes.
If you are one of those who like to dive in and devour an authentic Italian pizza, La Balmesina has a lunch menu Monday to Friday suitable for all pockets. You know, midweek at La Balmesina!

A family business that began in 1989 now in the hands of the new generation, led by Jordi, who is passionate about the kitchen and responsible for taking the reins of this small gastronomic temple in Poblenou.
A corner that represents the gastronomic scene in a demanding neighborhood, and it is Mabel that has become the favorite place of many; our particular corner where you go to eat a full menu from Monday to Friday for only 11.50 euros.
Warn Jordi you’re coming before you go or there won’t be any room. ¡Mabel is in high demand!
