To satisfy the need for a classical cocktail bar, Rubén of Gracia decided to give life to The Dash, a newly opened cocktail bar, on the banks of the peaceful Chamberí neighborhood. “We want to offer people the possibility to get to know and enjoy the classic cocktail” said Rubén.
They have a menu full of cocktails with a spirit guide for the customers. Even on Sunday mornings, their mission is the same: to offer classic drinks. “Every hour of the day has its certain type of meals and it’s exactly the same with drinks. We want our people to learn to drink. If we compare ourselves to other capitals in the world, here in Madrid and Barcelona, we are behind in the cocktail culture.”
So if you’re a true lover of the classic cocktail, you should definitely stop by The Dash!
