The Pan’s Club is a French take away shop in the Borns neighborhood. Over a year ago, Fabienne and Franck, two French living in Barcelona, opened a small shop to offer the city a taste of their homeland.
They serve quiches with vegetables, salmon, spinach, cheese, potatoes and onion. These go best paired with a homemade lemonade or a fresh smoothie. The menu continues with fresh salads containing butternut squash, parsnips, carrots, feta, arugula and cilantro and topped with a fresh herb vinaigrette. The Pan’s Club is also known for their bagels. Their menu is 99% vegetarian, however, their grilled chicken cheddar bagel is one of the most popular items. And, for the afternoon, Fabienne cooks delicious biscuits, brownies and three-chocolate cookies.
The restaurant utilizes La Tavella, a produce delivery service, for the fresh ingredients that make up their dishes. Their recipes are successful due to these products and the care and enthusiasm they have toward their craft. So, whether you decide to stay to eat or take your meal to go: trust the French and enjoy!
