Healthy is the new tasty. Daniela and Luz are the two women that work to incorporate this slogan into every aspect of The Juice House. Originally from Caracas, Daniela and Luz initially began careers in audiovisual work. However, they quickly realized the field wasn’t a perfect fit and took the first opportunity they could to venture into the culinary world.
The first thing that came to mind when brainstorming restaurant ideas was the incredible selection of fruit in Caracas. This quickly blossomed into the idea of turning fresh flavors from home into cold pressed juices. Bloody Beet, Super Green, Tropical and The Rabbit are only a few of the juice options available at The Juice House.
In addition to all your classic fruits and vegetables, The Juice House has an abundant selection of super fruits as well. This selection includes acai, chia, guarana and linseed. Though the name might infer otherwise, you can order more than just juice here. For breakfast, we suggest ordering a delicious batch of oatmeal pancakes with chia or perhaps avocado toast with fresh eggs from the farm.
If you’re stopping by for lunch, a typical menu del dia might include one of the following: oven baked salmon, soup of the day, veggie burgers or oatmeal risotto. Conclude your meal by satisfying your sweet tooth. Desert options include a strawberry and coconut tart or avocado and lime a top a bed of nines, dates, cocoa, coconut oil and agave.
Next time you’re in the area, make sure you stop in and grab a bite of something fresh, healthy and delicious at The Juice House.
