With a unique and singular style, Marco Paccagnella, Marco de Rebotti, and Marc Aguye have always been offering quality coffee. The day they decided to start a specialty coffee shop, they were sure that it would be in the neighborhood of Poblenou. In honor of their names, their first venture is titled Three Marks Coffee.
Until less than a year ago, these three young men in their thirties were working under the command of one of the most influential entrepreneurs in the European coffee world; Jordi Mestre at Nomad Café. Until they realized that they could do that same work for themselves, with the same characteristics, but with their own personal touch. One is a product designer, and the other two are coffee alchemists.
In this corner full of natural light, the sun’s rays come and go at will. In this cafe the warm mood of its owners is great – their good relationship with customers and the quality of their product stand out above all things.
Here you will find a concise menu where the main offering is hot and cold coffee, along with varieties such as Iced Matcha, Iced Chocolate or Kombucha. Along with the coffee is a selection of pastries and sandwiches. All of them are a masterful combination of fresh harvested grains from Ethiopia (floral and fruity) and Guatemala (chocolate and nuts), which they toast lightly every Tuesday, and are then ground.
The walls are covered with music and artists that the owners love, giving off the distinctive personality of each partner in Three Marks Coffee. Here we can see that this union has been a strong one, with a passion for coffee and quality service, the owners are able to make customers more comfortable here than in their own homes.
