Eating is one of the pleasures of life. However, for most foodies, eating “well” is much more than a pleasure, it is the key to happiness. Based on this belief, the Tiberi Club was created, where the main focus is to eat “well” always.
This restaurant serves as a home for amateur chefs and professionals from Barcelona and create new spaces where you can rediscover the culinary beauty of Barcelona. For lovers of gastronomic culture it is the ideal way to enjoy good cuisine, new environments and appreciate the varying virtues of chefs.
The city of Barcelona is full of thousands of restaurants, many of which are very good. But sometimes we have a better time at a friends’ house cooking, chopping and enjoying stories – this is what inspired the founders of this project. They realized that, for many, it is very enjoyable spend dinnertime in the house of friends, and they decided to open this group that gathers lovers of the gastronomic world.
In November, the Tiberi club made “tiberis”, where different chefs of Barcelona decided to open the doors of their houses and offer very interesting gastronomic creations. It is a an incredible time, full of variety and creativity on the part of the hosts. From the brunch with Miquel in his garden, the French evening in the living room of Ángela and Bebi, the traditional Catalan dinner from the kitchen of Monica’s mother, Helena, who gave a different dinner in the art gallery with autumn flavors, and to Rafa, who ended the month by opening the terrace of his house in Gracia with rice of oxtail and mushrooms, his specialty.
And during the month of December, pay attention! The Tiberian Club will sneak into Jorge’s house as he prepares a vegetarian meal. And then there is Julia’s home, where there she will prepare a great Indian dinner for 20 people. They also redefine the typical Christmas party with a Saturnal concept in a secret location.
